Every guy past puberty gets them (unless you are very sexualy active and even then). You don't always remember them like any dream so some people think they get them but they do.

That's not true, I'm 21 in a couple of months and I've never had one, nor do I know anyone who's had one (my chums and I are open about literally everything whether people want to know or not lol) so surely we can't all be freaks of nature
