It's just an annoying virtual dog that did nothing. Perhaps Matt Garner can get a new help desk mascot.(Colin is dead).

The lions and the polar bears are so much sexier, I should of kept with the story of Colin is dead. Anyway, Colin is back in the help desk until next time!
