Problems with buying on Steam, game for game?

Have been trying to buy it all this afternoon and I keep getting 'internal errors'.

So, it's a Black Friday deal and it's only on for the next few hours.

Here's my offer:

If you buy my the game pack for £4, I will gift you a £4 game in the future of your choice. It could be close to Christmas, I'm guessing it's because the servers are congested with Black Friday buyers. If it's a problem with my card then I'll resolve it and you will have the game you want before the end of the year.

How do you know you can trust me?
