Bluetooth in-car thing +rep

Right idk what its called but i want one well more of need one,

Some of the taxi drivers have them, Its like a speaker and microphone all around your car (hidden) and it connects via bluetooth to your mobile, when you recieve a call or ring people you can hear them through the car like surround sound, Basically for calls but i have no clue what they are called does anyone know wth im on about? lool
