Rooting my Milestone

I am looking to root my Milestone, but I am now looking for a reliable guide on how to do it. I doi not want to use a guide which is just going to mess up my phone - does anyone know where I could get a DECENT guide on rooting my Milestone?

Right.

I did what it said (hold the camera button then power and hold)

And I get an exclamation come up on the screen :S
