    Default Cardio Diet Help? +REP

    Ola.

    I'm working on a six pack atm but I feel that I should get rid of some slight belly fat I have.

    I keep asking my tutor at college if we can get a start on Diet & Nutrition because I never know what to eat before doing cardiovascular exercises.

    So could anyone possibly set me a basic diet to follow for a couple of weeks to lose a few pounds?

    I've just come over a phase where I need to look stronger for my age!

    well a general rule to lose weight , is you must burn more calories than you consume?

    calorie count for a week

    get the average cals - 500 cals

    + 3x 40 min Cardio /week

    aim realistic, so for a body fat % loss every week ( like 1.5-2lbs)
