    I think you buy them and you get a free HC/VIP trial. If you've been HC/VIP before, you can't buy them (they don't show in the catalogue).

    HC/VIP ducks are an item you get when buying a 7 day trial using the snowflake furniture. You can only buy it if you haven't been HC/VIP before on that account, and to find the offer it's in the snowflake gifts section, around the bottom i think
