    Default Xbox live problem!

    Basically i tried to upgrade to gold on my account today and i kept getting a message saying:
    ""Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later. Status code#: 80190848"

    Any help? Google seems to say its cause i have a balance to be paid off, yet i tried it on a brand new account and it still says the code plus this card has never been used for xbox live.

    Any help please?
