How are the competitions that you have to PM HabboxComps/Habbox Santa decided? By picking a random person to win it via random.org or just the first person to send the entry in?

Random.org if the answers are correct.
Habbox Santa I can't speak for as I don't use but I presume any competition like this would follow this format.
Edit: Just to clarify no competitions the Competitions Department do will be "first person wins".
