Can't graphic competitions be PM based?
if members see an extremely good graphic they may be put off from entering the competition but stick their head in the sand as they know they have no chance at winning. i've been put off by entering graphic competitions because of this.

I understand where you're coming from with Shadowchild's pretty darn obliverating graphic but I'm not sure. I think sometimes it would be nice to see the final graphics and how people try. I know the Graphics Department do PMing but this is upto Mike (not Myke! ), so wait for his word.

Well I think really that at the end maybe show the winner but also like an honourable mention person.
I just feel in the chibi competition the winner is obvious before the competition has even ended.

The winner's only obvious if everyone gives up. It's called a competition for a reason.

Yes but at the same time we could say this for any competition. If I saw a fantastic storyline for the 50th Anniversary competition, the same thing applies. I'm not a fan of having it so there's 10 locked threads in there simultaneously, plus the stickied ones. it's a competition, you've gotta be competitive. If you're not, you're surrending from the competition, as it were.

The winners obvious now and not everyone has given up.

I know where you are coming from Alex, but I just think a PM based system for graphic competitions would be better.
However, if only a numerous amount of people think they should be Pm based then it doesn't matter.
    You could always vary them.

I could produce an astonishing creative competition but I'm not gonna make everyone PM HabboxComps. I think, if people don't enter, that shows they either haven't seen it or "cba". If it's the latter, then that's their problem- not cos someone has entered and they're like "OMG WOWZ". As for the former- then that's just a shame really. Also, graphics competitions, I know normal members like to give out reputation. I don't blame them either because people produce fantastic pieces of work there and shouldn't lose out on it. It may be worthless, but they shouldn't!
