Don't worry.. it just displayed it as that.. but why would it display it, thats my proper in-game character..

Can you not show the bit where it would say 0 Days of HC Left?

It says 'using 7 days HC trial' is that meant to be there

That doesn't exactly tell us anything but showing what your Motto is. Maybe show us where is shows join HC or?

It's just a fault when it ends. It would normally change when you go onto the client where it then, changes your clothes and therefore that image.
