My sister's bf moved to New Zealand (about as far as you can get lol) a few years back, they tried keeping it going long distance like obv not seeing each other in the flesh much maybe once a year for a couple of weeks can't remember but yeah they eventually broke up because it was too difficult, but then a couple years down the line decided to give it another go and she went to visit and whatnot, then decided she was gonna move out there with him and they're now well settled in New Zealand together and getting married in 2012 after all that
