You can only get HC/VIP trials if you haven't been HC/VIP before on that account!
If you haven't been HC/VIP before, then you go onto the Snowflake gifts and you can buy it from there. I believe you need to double click the duck to get the trial, or maybe you just get it when you buy the duck thing. Then Habbo's sell the ducks.

Aren't the ducks untradeable?
Someone messaged me today saying that they were annoyed that the vip/hc ducks aren't tradeable :Sused to fix usertitles n stuff

They are tradeable, or were. Maybe they meant the ice ducks are not tradable?

I traded an HC duck, they should be tradable.
