HxL "ranks"

Out of interest, what is the difference in the HxL Ranks?

What order do they go in? What do Heads do different to Seniors? What are the differences in forum permissions?

Head DJs are basically there to help Gemma run the department, basically sending out complaint pms, help gemma organise events and send warnings to people and to basically just be there to make sure the radio is online all the time if not most of the time. We also get to update the site with listener of the week and song of the week and what not.

Senior DJs are there to report people who are breaking rules, help with events/sometimes do events themselves and to make sure the radio is online all the time if not most. They are also permitted to use the senior account to help DJs who many need it.

not really sure about the forum permissions though .

Regular DJ - They DJ normally

Senior DJ - They have access to the staff account & can help people out...I guess it's a sort of "experienced" DJ rank more than anything - as James said help with events & report broken rules if no Head DJ is on.

Head DJs - Kinda like Asst Managers but not the power to directly hire & fire & warn. They can reset the timetable, offer guidance & PM Gem when rules are broken. Like spies They help Gem with admin stuff as well I guess?
