    Default Your account is now unbanned

    Okay after thee months and one day I have finally recieved a reply to one of my many e-mails to get my safety ban removed. The reply was from Helkat with the message

    "Dear Habbo,

    Your account is now unbanned. Happy Habboing! ".

    My god, that sure helps me out. The fact I do not have the correct pass and e-mail on the account (Hacker changed them) kinds of makes that whole e-mail pointless. I'll try contacting a moderator about it but it looks like I'll be waiting another three months. Nice one Habbo.

    You have my sympathy. Whenever I contact Habbo about a ban, I wait anywhere from two weeks to NEVER to get a response.

    However, when I have a credits issue--especially if my issue is that I won't be buying credits ever again--it's amazing how fast staff replies to my email.

    I phoned the offices before. You have to find the number at the Sulake website.

    Only call if you sound like an adult. When I left a message, Habbo never called me back because I sound like a teenager, even though I'm an adult. I had my low-voiced boyfriend call for me and he got a call back in a few days.

    I'm Canadian, you get the point. I'm not prepared to spend a bunch of money on a phone call to the UK (heh).

    I'm now supposed to contact Helkat once again, but she closed our e-mail confrence type thing on the sulake 'mailman' account and all I get is an automated response. The moderator's can do basically nothing at this point and are relying on office staff.

    Habbo MOD`S Dont help out in anyway
    I mean ,I asked for a bit of help "contact scambusters" she said and Habbo helptool is down
    Can somebody tell me why callie became hotel Manager? She turned this game upside down
