    I believe its through facebook, if you have the correct criteria you find an orb and click it. You share it through facebook where someone has to click the link, then it turns into that Mystery Christmas gift which when you open is Santa teleports (i think)

    this, press the ask for help link and this sends a message to facebook and then someone needs to click help for you and then the present opens & it is the santa teleports
