I made this -

I tried making that ^ to look like this -
I couldn't see the shoes on it so I did the alt with no shoes. I know its rubbish but I tried adding character to the face and not work too much on hair and chlothes

if you were going to add something try adding a bit of yellow in the hair

It's nice, try working on shading a bit more. Also I noticed her fringe goes the other way in the picture than it does to your alt. It's nothing serious really though, and doesn't damage the overall alt .
