Very confused about my habbo account.

I havent been on my account for 4 years or about 5 years, because i got banned. I have sent multiple request to get it unbann and im still very very confused. Lately for some reason the account name was changed to x.xkidx.x$ but it use to be called x.xkidx.x

Im very confused and why do banns last for 10 years. I have to wait till 2018, and i dont want to wait that long. :S:S

OH to add on too this: Now when i type in the email it says that the account isnt banned anymore. But the password is incorrect and i used every password that i would use..

Ok firstly, your account has an $ on the end of it is because of the merge. When the 5 Hotels merged, if there were multiple usernames that were the same, the most active out of them all could keep that account. The rest had a symbol added to the end, you could then change your name if you wished when we merged.

I'm guessing you will need to request to change your habbo password?
