SmartFTP is capable of scheduling. Unfortunately I'm a FileZilla person so I couldn't say exactly how.

Filezilla is my type, but I'm sure it does it too? But you have to manually click. Why not just upload it and change the Index to the file you uploaded it to? If that makes sense.
