Yea I called that and it said "Please enter you parties extension" I wanted to call them and ask where to go for he monthly subscription which is 5$ a month for 35c and a rare. Either that or ask how to get it or hen it is coming back.

I sent them a bunch of inquiries along with the help button and haven't gotten an answer. It says to check faq section but I have and it talks about the monthly subscription but doesn't say where to get it.

They won't deal with any enquiries like this over the phone.

I tried calling them, about two years ago and they just said they only deal with advertising queries over the phone.
