    Default HP Photosmart B110a Problem?

    Hey

Bought this printer today to replace an older Photosmart but something is wrong with it. Yes, I have tried Googling it and looking on the HP support site but to no avail. I've followed troubleshooting steps but though I might as well ask here just incase anyone has some ideas.

I keep getting the error 0x610000f6 on the printers display - It seems as if the print head isn't able to move properly yet I can move it with my hand. When in it's resting position it seems as though the printer wants to move it more and it makes a loud clicking sound.

Any ideas? If not, Ill probably just return it tomorrow.

Do yourself a favour and return it, rather than risking voiding the warranty or any return policies.

It sounds asif its a hardware problem, so simply return it.

I would say Lew hit the nail on the head with returning it - another printer is probably the best way to go.
I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.
