Try to exercise to increase your appetite or start eating 4-8 small meals a day and hopefully this will make you regain your appetite. If it doesn't help maybe you should see a doctor.

I go through phases like this too. I tend to just embrace them and eat when I kinda know I have to.
I put mine down to hormones and stuff, and tbh nothing bad has ever happened from them except this one time when I like fainted because I realised I hadn't eaten for days. Just remember to keep eating enough and seriously you should be fine.

You will be fine. Just make sure you keep eating little bits. Drinking is the main thing, water is best or if not some kinda juice. I'm sure you will just regain your appetite soon and feel fine and back to normal

I actually had this happen to me last year or 2 years ago, actually both, but anyway it will pass soon and you'll be back to normal, nothing to worry about.
    1. Jeremy 1129 up, 295 downA named based on the biblical name Jeremiah. Used as a name for children who are blessed with a large brain and/or penis. Also used as a replacement for "perfect".
We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.

    jealous i'm the opposite
    i can't stop eating

anyways this happens to me when i'm in foreign countries and i have to 'regain' my appetite if you will....
basically keep eating your staple meals as in breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack in the evening
you're not gonna want to eat them but just try your best, i usually went for like toast, soup and bread for lunch
even if you're full just take a few bites extra and it HELPSSSSSSSSSS

you lucky boy. just keep eating you normal meals or you'll begin to feel weak and tired (this happened to me at reading festival). i didn't eat cause i didn't feel hungry but eventually it took its toll.
