    Not sure if it counts as a sport. :p But it's a physical activity, right?
    Anyone had any luck with pilates? How often do you do it? Class, dvd, or book? What have the effects been?

    i use the windsor pilates dvd and ring thinggy off the tv... its soo good,

    like 20 mins three times a week results really are good.

    You tend to think your not working out but my god after you have finished the dvd your muscles do hurt rather a lot. My stomach is defo flatter.

    i dunno its this metal ring with padding on it which you use in between your legs and it makes you use your bum, stomach and leg muscles more therefore seeing more results in a shorter time.
