It's nice of you to give things away for free, although it's not the best layout ever.
It looks like you've taken the main structure of a layout from somewhere else and added some really low quality boxes on the left.
If also looks unfinished. Tidy it up a bit and add in some navigation links and stuff in the main content area and it will be worth using, although it's a bit of an outdated style.

I seriously only made it in somthing like 5 minutes on paint
I got bored yeah? lol

I will work on it in a later date.
