I have the BBC iPlayer downloaded and it says I need to switch to Wi-Fi connection but my Wi-Fi is on because it's connected to my home internet.
Any help please?

Do you mean the "Mobile Network" otherwise I got no idea what network you're on about?

02, Virgin, Orange e.c.t. are networks. I would have thought it was self explanatory?
