I've looked everywhere on the help page for their email so that i can send them about hate rooms that i cannot remove, can anyone help?

Just searched for the user you are on about and they're homepage is unavailable . Best way to do it is to just go on www.help.habbo.com and submit a request there.

Yea i remember doing it through that a few years ago and it worked donno bout now.

they don't do anything now, from my experiences. Last time I think I was told to 'mute the player if they're annoying you'.

Ive sent in a request about the hate rooms over 4 days ago via www.help.habbo.com and still havent recieved a reply

It takes time for the requests. Especially since it's just been christmas, would imagine some sort of back log or something

I just use the contact form at the bottom of the home page.

You'll have to contact Customer Support.
