Theoretically, if I were to buy 1 "user enters room" & 2 "Show messages", and stacked all three, would I be able to program two messages and have them show, or would only one message show?

Both messages will appear. It will also work if you put 5 messages etc etc etc.

Just to add, the messages will show in the order you placed the boxes in to the room. The first message box you place in the room with the trigger, will become the message shown first (on top of all others)
