A web based server files

I wasn't sure where to post this but i thought i'd let habbox know that i've got a set of chinese web based server files for a really good 3d mmorpg game(a lot like runescape but better). I've only just recieved the files from a chinese guy and im the first english person who has the files due to a trade i did. The files are translatable and can be done in 24 hours, its quite simple. You might think why have i posted this on habbo well most of you enjoy habbo otherwise you wont be on a habbo forum and basically this server files are web based and is run by flash. Im not too good with introductions but i need a team espically someone who is advanced in mysql etc. There is a guide to how to set these files up and im not too sure how cos im not experinced in that field. I have webhosting ready and everything but think these files need to be set up on dedicated space or can even be done on a computer.
