Classic skin bugs

Hi there,

The classic skin appears to contain far too many minor bugs that are quite annoying to witness. I shall list them out here.

1. The rules box on threads (At the bottom) is not displayed aesthetically like it is on the default skin on vbulletin.com.

2. The reply button when viewing a PM is not there. I have reported this several times to several members of staff (including Jin) who can fix this (as its the most annoying bug IMO) but as it stands, the bug is still there.

3. The way there are boxes around the page numbers on the forum view looks really bad and should be styled far better. http://www.habboxforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=7. It even leaves the brackets when there are only 2 pages in the thread. IE
1 2 ( ).

4. http://www.habboxforum.com/private.php - this page here has a bug where "Old messages" row is orange and the text for some reason is not even there.

5. On the threads list (ie http://www.habboxforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1445), theres no space between the page numbers and the box following it.

Those are the ones that I can remember at the top of my head atm. Sorry I haven't supplied any screenshots but I will if necessary.

All these bugs are present on the latest Chrome version on Windows 7.
