So I ordered three pairs of plain joggers for lounging about the house with from Fruit of the Loom on Amazon on the 24th of December and they were apparently shipped out on the 3rd of January. I hadn't received them so I was quick to leave negative feedback when they emailed me complaining about what I had written. They proposed that if I changed my negative feedback to a more positive view or removed it completely then they would re-send the product and refund half of the original price. I emailed them back agreeing to this and received the reply:
What annoys me is Chloe's abuse of the English language because 'aswel' isn't a word. Has anybody else ever experienced an online store emailing you back when negative feedback is left?Hi Joey,
Thats fine, we will get them sent out on special delivery for you and we will refund half the amount of your order aswel.
If you do receive the first order of jog pants you are more then welcome to keep them aswel.
Many Thanks
Chloe
