I need level 35 agility to do a quest. I am currently level 25 agility. Is the Gnomes' Agility Course the best place to train for my level?
+Rep to the first person who tells me.

Probably the agility thing in Brimhaven through the gate near Karamja Volcano, thats a good place, Gnome Stronghold takes way too much time but there are things there only higher levels can pass, gnome strongholkd everyone can use them stuff.
Though I was a victim of this one, I was only level 5 agility at my time.

Werewolf skullball course is a good one, takes a while but you can't die doing it and it's easy

Don't you have to do a quest for that?

No, just costs 200 coins each time, but every time you get a ticket you can exchange it for agility XP at that lady pirate.
EDIT: Sorry I thought you asked about the one near Brimhaven.
