go to world 60 and join one of the penguin cc

There's no specific locations but the cc usually traps them in houses etc on w60

using the cc I found them all in 20 minutes max

and that was without trapping

That link u sent aiden is out of date, it only shows up to today which now the penguins have been moved, heres a site that updated every wednesday
