Can anyone show me what the New VIP Rooms/HC Rooms layouts look like?

I've been googling and searching on this forum and nothing comes up for me. Maybe I'm searching the wrong terms or something, but it's bothering me.

Basically I've seen some new layouts on Habbo which interest me and makes me want to buy HC/VIP just to make some new rooms. But I want to know what the new layouts look like and whether or not to buy HC or VIP.

I've been gone for a year, so I'm kinda lost. Sorry. :x
