For those who haven't been following it, the game is set in an accurately recreated 1947 Los Angeles, putting players in the shoes of a detective solving murders. L.A. Noire will officially be releasing for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 on May 17 in North America and May 20 in Europe.
This looks like a beast of a game, shame I'll need to revise and it will only taunt me.

I am very, very pleased Rockstar chose to pick this up to publish. Not only because it'll be a great game but I hope Rockstar learn from this that players actually like to interact with the narrative (same dialogue system as Mass Effect). Hopefully they'll learn lessons while we get an amazing game.
