If they are giving a gift for people who logged in over the weekend then you won't see it before tuesday.
Also i think they said they would release the heart furni nearer to valentines day.

Probably as it's still Monday. The likelihood is that it will be delivered after the free gift period is over. I haven't been on Habbo in a while though so I'm just assuming.
