Apparently its 7 minutes long according to the wiki, I always thought it was 10 for day 10 for night.

I did a recording and it's about 10 minutes 30 seconds from sunrise to sunset.


The sunrise is pretty much as I started filming, sunset is at 10:30.

I think the only reason why night seems longer is because you're waiting for daytime, you aren't waiting for nighttime when it's daytime unless you wanted to do something at nighttime

Yeah what Stephen said. I always wished there was a was to turn off nighttime temporarily so building would be easier.
