David, I absolutely love you to pieces and you know that. Thank you for the amazing amount of hard work you've put into the helpdesk over the past goodness knows how long. You really are an amazing manager and you really have transformed the department so much. You are one of the friendliest, lovliest people I know and working with you is always amazing. You are a brilliant friend and I just want to thank you for everything you have done to make HxHD the success it is today.

I think it's a really good decision you have made to focus on your other roles, and you do an amazing job with those too. I know sometimes things can get too much, and so it really does show a lot of dedication to cut back to ensure you are giving the others your maximum capability. I hope you will stick around in HxHD however, since the place just won't be the same without you in there!
