Bad idea. Could lead to all sorts of legal problems, because people are unfortunately that way inclined.

Asking for help on stories and such. It's a bad idea.

They ask at their own accord. If they don't want help, they don't receive? I fail to see a problem here.

Someone is developing a story. They ask for help, someone gives them some help in the form of an overall plot/character(s)/whatever. The person who came seeking help uses these ideas and sells their story to great success. You fail to see any problems here? Only if the person who gave the help isn't selfish (an altogether common trait today).

I see the point however this has yet to happen and I doubt it ever will.. Not my forum anyway, so I await TheEclipse's answer.
