Well my contracts up (finally) for my motorola milestone so im going to sell that to cex, the battery life was horrible! never the less i need a new phone, it has to be android and it has to have a qwerty keyboard, my contract ends next month so thats when i can get a upgrade so +rep for ideas

HTC wildfire is a smaller, cheaper alternative of the HTC Desire or there is the samsung galaxy.

Please don't buy a HTC Wildfire. Sick of seeing them.
I like the Desire HD or Galaxy S at the moment.
Other than that, don't really know alot of Android handsets which are decent

HTC gratia looks nice.
Coffee isn't my cup of tea.

If you mean an actual keyboard, with buttons then your only real option is HTC Desire Z
