I bought something online and its been sent to my old address where my stepdad lives. I have emailed him twice now and he is not replying. I have also called him and he is denying my calls.
What can i do?

Who is your postal carrier? If it's not a civil carrier then after a third attempt the carrier will keep the package for pick-up. If your step dad signed for it then you would have to go pick it up from him.
