Sorry if this is the wrong section....

Say if you have an image and you have a section that's green (#00ff84) - is there a way you change change it so like: if color: #00ff84 change to #5bb0ff?

Luke's links look like they pretty much cover it but it really depends on what the image its self is. are you wanting to change everything thats that shade of green or just one section?
