Smithing

OK so today and yesterday i got my mining from 50-55 (mithril)
but my smithing is only 43 and it's so slow to increase.
I will probably get member later today and i have 46 steel bars which i will make into cannon balls sell buy more steel bars and repeat making a small profit (i think) is there any other good ways to get smithing up. I think gold is good also?

Gold with the Gold gloves is good.

Cannon balls are very slow, but make you a decent profit.
as for f2p, i have noo clue, i think its only smithng bars then selling?

for f2p id suggest buying a bunch of coal and iron and smelting them into steel bars then sell the steel bars and repeat the process.

you make pretty good cash this way and shouldnt lose out on any, i think its pretty decent xp aswell from what i remember.

if you just want pure xp id go for gold with the gold gloves on.

Money over exp is cannonballs, or just smelting steel in F2P.
For fast Exp, just make iron/steel plates in F2P, depending on your smithing level, or F2P, smith gold with goldsmith gauntlets.
Superheat is ok if you can break even, which I've been able to do in the past, but if not, it'll only be a small loss. But you're getting magic exp that way too!
