Nice and simple, whose going, and what do you think of the line-up?

I'm sure regulars aren't very impressed with the fact Def Leppard are headlining for the 2nd time in 3 years.

I was tempted to go this year, but chose the Sonisphere Festival since its on my Doorstep. (Live in Stevenage)
The actual Download line up isn't that bad to be honest, Linkin Park did a great Headline when I saw them at Sonisphere in 2009.
But for me Slipknot and Metallica sold Sonisphere to me

I'm not going to lie, Download was not my first choice. Originally I wanted to go to Isle of Wight festival, so booked the time off work for that; then found out they were sold out, so instead of wasting the holiday, compensated by going for Download, since it's the same weekend!
Since, I've decided I'd of rather gone to other festivals, sonisphere included, but it should still be good.
Not that impressed with Def Leppard though.

Ah well fair enough. I would like to go to Download one year myself, but as you say the Line up isn't getting better each year!
Sonisphere on the other hand is questionable, I guess with alot of festivals its down to personal preference on who you actually enjoy and would pay the extra to see.
