In the 3 platform room, these are a hidden level. If you go onto the corner of the last platform and zoom out, you can see the very edge of the hidden bottom platform. Place a tele there to the rest of the room, and go down there.

If your on about that stacking well pretty easy, if your on about about how it's there well, there is a room for VIP users. It has 3 rooms nearer the top, and then far down is a very small room. Which is accessible if you place a teleporter down there (which they have)
