So i'm helping my mother to get some local business for the classes she teaches with google adwords. The budget is £65. Does anyone have any recommendations on the best method of spending it? (Text advert).

Should we do pay low for a longer time or pay high for a shorter time?

I have a slight problem. I created a campaign for it before applying the voucher and somewhere along the line it mentioned a £5 activation fee. I deposited another £10 from my bank account to make sure this was paid but nothing has changed apart from my account credit has gone up. The campaign suspended notice hasn't changed. The advert has already been approved and is enabled in the settings with a 40p a day budget.

By the looks of it google hasn't taken the activation fee. Is one supposed to manually pay it through a page I haven't yet found?
