Thanks for posting your values of the rares you have selected.

Most seem accurate.
The throne is seen to be stabalising a little now, I think it varies with the seller of the throne. Some people offer low and they get one, some people offer low and end up with no trade at all. Most throne trades are around the 18 Hc mark. However, your values are unique and therefore that is what you have seen them traded for.
