Im very tired and normally when i get home i sleep from 4 till 7 then eat and then sleep from 10 to 7 but when i wake up im always tired and when im home form school im always hot and out of breath so idk![]()

Over sleep, happend to my sister, her sleeping patterns were messed up from school, she under slept, but on a weekend it was from like 11pm to 12pm so wasn't healthy for her, so try and fix the hours you sleep and it should get better![]()
STOP GIVING OUT FALSE INFORMATION! it's different for everyone and yeah some people can function on 6 hours but that's not the recommended! it's in your genes how well you can cope on little sleep ;p the amount of sleep is different depending on the level of activity you do most days, how many hours you stay awake etc so shut up with the 6 hours thing ok? it's generally less sleep the older you get but 6 hours is only good maybe once in a while or for people who can handle that. recommended is probably around 7-9 hours for adults.
if you're oversleeping for apparently no reason then you should tell your doctor, it is a medical disorder.... you should wake up every morning at roughly the same time (yes, even on weekends! a maximum of 1 hour extra sleep is all that is needed on weekends) regardless of when you went to sleep, it should get your sleeping pattern back to normal
