you're tired when you wake up because you're having too much sleep

it's the same when you don't have enough sleep too

you have to get the balance just right to feel awake in the morning

    for me it's 7-8 hours

Over sleep, happend to my sister, her sleeping patterns were messed up from school, she under slept, but on a weekend it was from like 11pm to 12pm so wasn't healthy for her, so try and fix the hours you sleep and it should get better

STOP GIVING OUT FALSE INFORMATION! it's different for everyone and yeah some people can function on 6 hours but that's not the recommended! it's in your genes how well you can cope on little sleep ;p the amount of sleep is different depending on the level of activity you do most days, how many hours you stay awake etc so shut up with the 6 hours thing ok? it's generally less sleep the older you get but 6 hours is only good maybe once in a while or for people who can handle that. recommended is probably around 7-9 hours for adults.

if you're oversleeping for apparently no reason then you should tell your doctor, it is a medical disorder.... you should wake up every morning at roughly the same time (yes, even on weekends! a maximum of 1 hour extra sleep is all that is needed on weekends) regardless of when you went to sleep, it should get your sleeping pattern back to normal

I just said its the recommended, DONT EAT ME. the recommended amount of calories a day for men is like 2550 for men, that doesnt mean every man should have 2550 calories a day or that a body builder is gonna have 2550, its just the recommended for the general spectrum.

    GAWD.
