iPad 2 price estimate

Does anyone have any ideas about the prices of the iPad 2? I know they got released in the USA but I wanna know the price to determine whether I should get an iPad or a macbook/macbook pro.

Surely 5pm is when people normally get out of work, unless you work evenings/nights.
