When I scroll down the page sometimes it just randomly won't let me for about 10 seconds before it sorts itself out.

Oh, I don't mean to cause you any inconvenience like that! I'm just not able to replicate this problem and I'm not sure if its to do with me being on version 4 or not. Originally Posted by Shaz
