Broken Idea Lava Lamp?

so yeah, kevinfunky has an idea lava lamp but it doesn't seem to work?
all ones i've seen so far does (by work i mean produce the lava bubbles or w.e)
he has also tried double clicking it, but nothing... :p

probably just a glitch, but any other reason for it?

it's in his Museum Entrance :p
& a working one can be found in audiotape's room (if he/she sells it... then go to TinyRedFrog)
